From Bangladesh to Geneva - Tote-lly Proud

We have some exciting news. Our latest order is complete, packed, and ready to travel from Sreepur Village in rural Bangladesh to the glittering halls of GemGenève - one of the most prestigious international gem and jewellery shows in the world, held at Palexpo in Geneva, Switzerland.

Right in the middle of it all will be our bags. Made by hand. Made with care. Made by the women of Sreepur Village.

What fine jewellery and our tote bags share is the same thing: the skill and dedication of the hands that made them. The women of Sreepur are artisans in every sense of the word and every bag comes with something precious in its own right: a fully traceable, ethical story. We know who made these bags, that they were fairly paid, and that they worked in safe and dignified conditions. As a proud member of the World Fair Trade Organisation, that is not just something we aspire to - it is something we are held accountable for.

This order is another proud moment for everyone at Hold Everything, and for every woman at Sreepur whose hands brought it to life.
